Первое упоминание в архивных данных о предприятии было в 1927 году.
С 1976 года предприятие начало выпускать обои способом высокой печати, в 1982 году освоило выпуск более совершенных обоев способом глубокой печати, а в 2002 году запустило производство первых виниловых обоев на бумажной основе.
Учредителем предприятия является ОАО «Управляющая компания холдинга «Белорусские обои», зарегистрированное Минским городским исполнительным комитетом 31.12.2009 за №100063724
